The Property

On a hillside,
above the plain

A gently winding driveway, lined with fruit trees, leads to Can Llop – a multi-level estate that follows the natural topography of the hill, and it is precisely this that gives it its unique character. At the bottom, a generous parking area accommodates several vehicles; from there, paths wind up through the garden to the two annexes, and further up to the main house, which offers the widest views across the landscape from its elevated pool terrace.

The grounds of over 3,500 m² form a quiet, private world: ancient pines, lemon trees and a gnarled old olive tree provide shade, flowering bougainvilleas frame the terraces, and on every level there are seating areas – perfect for an early morning coffee or long evenings under a starlit sky.

Inside, you will find high ceilings, natural materials and generous windows that bring the landscape in like a living painting. Air conditioning including heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a Sonos sound system ensure that modern comfort is never compromised.

Pool & Sauna

The pool sits on the main terrace of the house – slightly elevated so that you can look out over the green hills all the way to the peaks of the Tramuntana while you swim. The pool (7.5 × 4.0 m, graduated depth from 1.4 to 2.1 m) is accessed via a ladder; two outdoor showers, sun loungers and a large parasol complete the area.

Right next to the pool is the private Finnish sauna – a true rarity at this price point among Mallorcan holiday properties. After a day at the beach or a hike through the Serra de Tramuntana, it provides the perfect way to unwind. Electricity costs are billed separately based on usage.

The barbecue terrace with a gas BBQ and a large outdoor dining table for over eight people turns the entire outdoor area into a fully equipped open-air kitchen – ideal for those long summer evenings when no one wants to go inside.

The Main House

The main house welcomes its guests with a bright, open living and dining room: comfortable sofas, satellite TV with a Sonos hi-fi system and direct access to the pool terrace create an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped – induction hob, built-in oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine – and features a small breakfast table as well as direct access to the barbecue terrace.

The large family bathroom impresses with a sunken bathtub, a walk-in shower and two washbasins. Bedroom 1 (double bed) has direct access to the pool terrace; Bedroom 2 (double bed) features a workspace and an additional seating area that can also be used as a bed – ideal as a retreat or for working remotely.

The Two Annexes

What sets Can Llop apart from classic holiday villas: the two annexes are not outbuildings – they are fully self-contained units, each with its own external entrance, living and dining area, kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Two couples or a family with grown-up children can holiday together here without getting in each other's way.

North Annex — Double bed (180 cm), en-suite shower room with lounge area, private garden access with views of the old olive tree. The wooden beam ceiling and Mediterranean colour palette give this space its own distinctive character.

South Annex — Twin beds (separable, also usable as a double), en-suite shower room, living and dining area with kitchen, private terrace. A lockable connecting door between the two annexes allows for shared or completely separate use – as desired.
